Sheep/Goat $35
Cost is per animal and includes kill, skinning, scalding of pigs and disposal of all waste. All animals are slaughtered humanely and under USDA inspection.
Processing Costs
Beef and Pigs $.65 per pound based on hanging weight
Includes bulk sausage, links available... add $2.00 per pound
Smoking $1.05 per pound
Sheep, lambs or goats $50 per animal...
animals over 75 lbs, $.65 per lb/hanging weight
